These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Well johnson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Baddabing uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Potku.
Potku tries to bum rush Baddabing with a series of wild strikes but Baddabing uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Silva shoots in for a double leg but Badass sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Silva lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Badass has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Badass and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Silva fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Badass sprawls well initially but Silva persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silva seems to be working for a kimura but Badass defends the submission attempt.

No luck for Silva with that takedown attempt.

Badass throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Silva on the side of the head.

Silva moves forwards but Badass connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Badass loads up on a big right hand but Silva slips the punch.

Silva decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
