The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves throws a leg kick that misses.
Alves throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Reynolds on the side of the head.
Reynolds uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Alves has time to react.
Alves takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Good leg kick by Reynolds there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Quin throws an overhand right that lands on Donnelly's shoulder, as Donnelly tries to avoid the shot.

Quin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Donnelly manages to avoid it.

Quin's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Donnelly is holding on here and Quin must be using up a lot of energy. Donnelly has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Quin gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hell Rose.

More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Nukem from any more punishment! Nukem complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

A relieved looking Tony Slevin thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
