The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kira lands a jab-cross combination.
Kira just misses with a punch to the body.

Keikan Kira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Andersson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kira's guard.

My spies in LOD: Contenders inform me that Kira has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Andersson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Kira plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Andersson swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Andersson face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Keikan Kira!
Keikan Kira decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Crabtree scores with a jab. Durden acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Crabtree throws a leg kick but Durden sees it coming and moves out of range.
Crabtree looks to land a combination but Durden avoids it well.

Durden is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Crabtree can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Crabtree is controlling an arm, preventing Durden from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Durden remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Durden works to advance to full mount. Crabtree defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Durden takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Durden's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Crabtree can do anything to dispel that myth.

Crabtree throws a right hand that Durden ducks under and follows up with a left that Durden also avoids with ease.

Crabtree gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Durden.

Durden pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Crabtree is still on wobbly legs! Can Durden finish him?
Durden cracks Crabtree on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Crabtree falls backwards against the cage. Durden follows up with more strikes that drop Crabtree to his knees. Durden keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Crabtree! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tyler Durden!
After the fight, Tyler Durden was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
