The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanatassa shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Tanatassa misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Tanatassa throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Marks's corner calls for a 1-2. Marks obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Tanatassa shoots in looking for a takedown. Marks tries to sprawl out of it but Tanatassa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Marks manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Marks bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Tanatassa's head backwards.

Armiger lands a left and a right that send Fifteen crashing to the mat, dazed. Armiger thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Fifteen is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Armiger moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.

Qew feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
