Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dmonray Malapitan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tapda Mattus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malapitan comes into the arena with My Time is Now blaring out of the sound system. Mattus comes into a darkened arena with his song building. My heart kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mattus closes the distance and clinches up with Malapitan, looking for a takedown. Mattus pushes Malapitan against the cage but Malapitan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Malapitan looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Mattus is refusing to be controlled, as Malapitan sits in half guard.
Malapitan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mattus with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Malapitan is looking for a kimura but Mattus is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Malapitan to get the leverage.

Malapitan loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Mattus scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Malapitan land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Malapitan stands and salutes the crowd.
