The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erebus swats away the attempt to clinch by Austin.
Austin throws a combination. Erebus tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Prometheus Erebus has been cut.
Erebus shoots in for a takedown but Austin shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Austin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Erebus paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Erebus shoots for a double leg takedown but Austin sprawls well. He's pushed Erebus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tyson Austin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Prometheus Erebus.
Austin closes the distance and clinches up with Erebus, looking for a takedown. Austin pushes Erebus against the cage but Erebus circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
