On his way into the cage it seems that Frank Franklin has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Frank Franklin seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Franklin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Braz throws out the jab.
Franklin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Franklin definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Franklin has his takedown stuffed

and Braz counters with a takedown into side control.

Braz is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Franklin looks calm but he's in trouble here. Braz gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Franklin is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Braz lets go of the hold and Franklin can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Venczel is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Venczel hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

KaSolomon misses with a takedown attempt - Ahma sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Ahma moves forwards but KaSolomon connects with a nice, crisp jab.
KaSolomon looks to score with a jab to the body but Ahma is just out of range.
Ahma displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from KaSolomon.
KaSolomon takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like Shaka KaSolomon has been cut.

Ahma has taken the fight to the clinch.
KaSolomon manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
KaSolomon wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ahma has him pressed against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Unz bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Unz wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mouse, who protects the arm well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Unz working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Unz is working to tighten his grip on Mouse's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Mouse has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Unz is really squeezing tight and eventually Mouse passes out! Unz breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Quill Styles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kirillov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Styles.

Kirillov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Kirillov has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
