Dawg sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Son's defenses. It connects perfectly with Son's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Gein creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Aldo sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Gein shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Aldo sprawls well. Aldo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gein gets slowly back to his feet.

Ekwall really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sulta. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ekwall looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Sulta puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
