The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves shoots in and drives through. Motta sprawls well.
Alves's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Motta connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Alves scrambles back to his feet.
A combination from Motta does no damage.
Leonardo Motta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Motta throws a nice looking combination but Alves bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Alves dives in for a single leg takedown but Motta sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hogg has Burns up against the cage in a clinch.
Hogg lands a hook that snaps the head of Burns backwards.
Burns looking to slow down the pace here.
Hogg pushes Burns back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Hogg lands an elbow just above Burns 's eye.
Burns misses with a body punch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Burns.
Burns lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Hogg gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

James Burns's cut is getting worse.
Burns fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Hogg lands with a light punch inside.

James Burns's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Burns is breathing heavily.
Burns looking to stall.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Hogg obliges.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hogg creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Hogg lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Jeez, James Burns's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Hogg lands an elbow inside that Burns shrugs off.
Hogg lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at James Burns's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

An intense looking JD Hogg took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'I appreciate the opportunity to prove to the fans that this worthless loser can't hold my jock and does not belong in the same cage with me.'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie throws a left and a right that both miss
and Rundowski counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Rundowski bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Gracie's head backwards.
Gracie misses with a double jab.
Gracie misses with an uppercut
enabling Rundowski to counter with a crisp jab.
Nice uppercut there from Rundowski.
No joy there for Gracie, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rundowski was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Gracie misses with a combination
and Rundowski counters with a three punch combo that has Gracie backing up. Gracie nods at Rundowski to acknowledge the strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie lands a really nice looking cross but Rundowski seems unphased.
Gracie rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Gracie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gracie thows a left - swing and a miss!
It looked like Rundowski wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Randolph Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rundowski misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Rundowski misses with a body shot.
Rundowski avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gracie throws a series of punches but Rundowski moves out of range.
Gracie throws a left and a right that both miss
and Rundowski counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Rundowski looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rundowski lands with a good body shot.
Rundowski throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gracie.
Gracie swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Gracie looks to score with a jab to the body but Rundowski is just out of range.
It looked like Rundowski was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Rundowski drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Rundowski closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Rundowski lands a nice hook to Gracie's body. Gracie takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Rundowski misses with a jab, cross combination.
A big right from Gracie misses.
Gracie misses with a looping left.
Gracie throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rundowski slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gracie falls off balance throwing a combination
and Rundowski counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Gracie looks winded!
Rundowski rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gracie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gracie throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Rundowski lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Gracie throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rundowski counters with a right hand to the body.
Gracie shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Gracie is rocked!
Rundowski lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Gracie can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Rundowski and Gracie drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Rundowski.

A less than humble Grzegorz Rundowski misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
