Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Yagin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rune Ankjrll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ankjrll has chosen Laibach as his entrance music. On his way into the ring it seems that Eddie Yagin has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Eddie Yagin seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yagin fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Yagin throws a quick inside leg kick.
Ankjrll circles away from the clinch attempt.
Yagin darts in trying to clinch
and Ankjrll connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Eddie Yagin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yagin throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yagin dives in for a single leg takedown but Ankjrll sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the ropes.
Ankjrll throws out a counter right but Yagin avoids it with no problem.

Yagin shoots in looking for a takedown. Ankjrll tries to sprawl out of it but Yagin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Ankjrll manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ankjrll doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
