The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kushman throws a hook to the side of Lestienne's head but Lestienne sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kushman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lestienne manages to avoid it.
Lestienne unleashes a big counter combination but Kushman bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Lestienne uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kushman.
Kushman closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lestienne circles away.
A little jabbing left from Lestienne on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Kushman lands a jab.
Lestienne slips under a jab.
Kushman throws a lazy right hand but Lestienne sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Lestienne! But no joy.
Lestienne avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
As Kushman backs off Lestienne throws a huge counter combo but Kushman manages to avoid it all.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tate jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jones walks away with a smile on his face. Tate gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
