and Mayer counters with a nice double leg into side control. Journalist won't be happy with that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Mayer has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Wolves Den $200 Elite Circuits. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Manson lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Jolley will be OK.
