The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fistface bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of The Destroyer 's head.

It looks like Dominick The Destroyer has been cut.
The Destroyer ducks under a wild hook from Fistface.
The Destroyer throws a series of punches but Fistface moves out of range.
Fistface throws a combination that misses
and The Destroyer counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The Destroyer displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fistface throws out the jab.
The Destroyer leaves Fistface with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
The Destroyer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The Destroyer throws a lazy head kick
and Fistface counters with a nice uppercut.
Fistface goes for a small jab and connects. Now Fistface goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! The Destroyer stumbles back but Fistface runs in with a huge uppercut knocking The Destroyer to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if The Destroyer will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Matt Fistface!
After winning the bout, Matt Fistface thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Machado shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Doom manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Doom pushes Machado off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Machado fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Doom avoids it really well and circles away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Machado takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Doom.

Machado on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Doom. Doom obviously looking to wear him down.
It looks like Doom has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Machado goes for a double leg but Doom avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Doom continues to drive forward.
Doom fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Machado has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

That has opened up Johan Machado's cut even more.

Machado looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Doom is fending him off so far but Machado persists. Nope, Doom circles away and we're back to standing.
Machado takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Doom fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Machado looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Doom drops Machado with a beautiful combination! Machado stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Doom is looking for the KO!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close second round but I would say that Legionarivs Sakara will probably get the nod.

Bugaev blocks a head kick by Peacock.
Peacock defending well as Bugaev loads up on a big left hand.
Peacock connects with a leg kick. Bugaev looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Bugaev throws a body shot but no joy.
Bugaev blocks a jab.
Bugaev half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Bugaev moves out of range as Peacock strikes.
Peacock misses with a looping right.
Bugaev has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Fokai Academy in the buildup to the fight.

and Bugaev counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Bugaev feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Alves fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ishii manages to avoid it.

Santos is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Yuudai presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Santos breaks the clinch.
Yuudai's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Santos connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Yuudai scrambles back to his feet.

It looks like Kenta Yuudai has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Santos weaves into range and cracks Yuudai right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Yuudai goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Santos is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
