The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Goldman throws the left hand but Ellis avoids the punch easily.
Ellis throws a big shot that misses.
Ellis dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Goldman. That did some damage!
Ellis throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Goldman appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Ellis sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Ellis scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Ellis throws a leg kick but Goldman sees it coming and moves out of range.

Ellis lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Goldman goes down! The ref sends Ellis to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Goldman is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!

Goldman is rocked!

It looks like Abe Goldman has been cut.
Goldman has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ellis.
Goldman is still on wobbly legs! Can Ellis finish him?
Ellis doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Goldman seems to have recovered his senses.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ellis just misses with a punch to the body.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Goldman! But no joy.
Goldman is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Ellis doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Goldman crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Goldman's bad books for that mishap!

Corona looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Corona walks into a big right hand from Spangler and goes down! The referee sends Spangler to a neutral corner as Corona gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.

Corona walks into a straight right hand and goes down! Spangler rushes to a neutral corner so the count doesn't get delayed but Corona has made it back to his feet on 5. He's OK so we're back to the action.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Spangler scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Corona to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Spangler away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Corona got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
Spangler swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Corona takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Spangler dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Spangler paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Spangler gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Spangler creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Corona crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5, yes, he's made it back to his feet. He seems OK so it looks like we're going to continue!

Manuel Corona's cut is getting worse.
Spangler connects with a quick right hand that sends Corona tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
