The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Munoz tries to avoid it but Walker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Munoz to the ground. Munoz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Walker fails with a takedown attempt.

Munoz looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Munoz trying to control from half guard but Walker is working away.
Walker has hold of Munoz's hands but Munoz slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Munoz is keen to just control but Walker is a slippery customer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Munoz looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Walker with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Munoz lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Walker! More strikes land and this one is all over! Munoz jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

James fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Maloish takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
James thuds his right hand into Maloish's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Maloish goes for a double leg but James avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as James continues to drive forward.
James scores with a punch to the head.
James has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Maloish is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Maloish needs to keep his hands up - James had a free shot at his head there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

James lands a big uppercut and Maloish crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Maloish looks OK. James waves Maloish back to his feet!

James flashes Maloish a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Maloish's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Maloish crumples to the floor! He's out cold! James punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Cobblepot's corner calls for a 1-2. Cobblepot obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Cobblepot fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Pettersson to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Pettersson looks to clinch but Cobblepot throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Pettersson taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Moizoos checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Moizoos feints the counter takedown.
Moizoos avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Calmuschi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Moizoos's head backwards.
Moizoos shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Calmuschi sprawls well. Calmuschi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Moizoos gets slowly back to his feet.

and Calmuschi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Calmuschi throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Moizoos on the side of the head.

Moizoos shoots in for a double leg but Calmuschi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Calmuschi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Moizoos misses with a hook. Calmuschi ducked under it nicely.
Moizoos doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Calmuschi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Iancu Calmuschi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ibrahim Moizoos.
Calmuschi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A countering left hand to the body from Moizoos misses.
