Abramov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sulimani has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Abramov has managed to get both his arms back between Sulimani's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Islam Sulimani.

Belcher shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jordan napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Belcher is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jordan is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Belcher cracks Jordan with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Belcher controls the position.
Belcher has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Belcher trying to control the action but Jordan is working from the bottom.
Belcher creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Jordan is trying to control Belcher's posture but Belcher avoids it.
Jordan is trying to get back to half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Whittaker fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stanley manages to avoid it.

and Whittaker counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Whittaker avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Stanley throws a jab but it's blocked by Whittaker.
Stanley throws an off balance right hand
and Whittaker counters with a big right hand! Oh Stanley is in trouble here! Whittaker follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
