The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter clobbers Ryan with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Fighter throws an overhand right that lands on Ryan's shoulder, as Ryan tries to avoid the shot.
Fighter dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ryan moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Fighter lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Fighter shoots in looking for a takedown. Ryan tries to sprawl out of it but Fighter keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ryan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Ryan might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Fighter has got the better of the exchanges.

I think Desperately might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Legend of a Banished Man. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Frazier drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Desperately gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Desperately is pressed up against the cage. Frazier has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Desperately down to the mat. Desperately avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Struggling Desperately.

Penzer has Noob pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Penzer pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Noob tumbling to the mat - Penzer dives into Noob's guard.

Lodbrok throws an overhand right that lands on Kim's shoulder, as Kim tries to avoid the shot.
Kim throws out a counter right but Lodbrok avoids it with no problem.
Lodbrok misses with a few strikes there.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Kim! But no joy.

A very excited looking Jin Kim rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
