Lestienne checks a leg kick nicely.

Parker closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Parker comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Francis Lestienne has been cut.

Parker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vogel pushes Weber up against the cage in a clinch.
We've been hearing reports that Weber has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Weber drops down looking for an ankle pick but Vogel pulls his leg out and moves away.
Weber shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Vogel as he jumps to the side.

Vogel feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Weber will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Vogel stands up over Weber, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
