Savickas feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Cup wants the takedown. Yubackk is fighting it off but Cup persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Yubackk's guard against the cage.
Yubackk is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Cup dives into side control.

Cup will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cup shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Yubackk pinned against the cage. Yubackk gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Yubackk throws a sloppy head kick and Cup moves out of range easily.
Drnola Yubackk seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Cup shoots in for a takedown but Yubackk shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Cup tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yubackk sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cup somewhat.

Cup dives in for a single leg takedown but Yubackk sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Yubackk scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Cup has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Yubackk.
Yubackk lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cup circles away quickly and effectively.

Cup will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.

Cup breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Yubackk throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Yubackk lands a jab-cross combination.
Yubackk lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Yubackk stuffs the takedown.
A nice leg kick lands there from Yubackk.
Yubackk displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Drnola Yubackk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


Yubackk throws a combination that misses

and Cup counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cup.

Cup breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Yubackk misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cup fails with a takedown attempt.

Cup has managed to clinch.
Yubackk fails to pull guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A head punch on the inside from Yubackk fails to land.
Cup has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Yubackk wants to break the clinch but can't.

Yubackk takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Cup tries to circle away but Yubackk has him pinned against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Yubackk's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Cup is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Yubackk misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Yubackk has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Cup is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Kania Cup has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drnola Yubackk.
Yubackk is looking to break free of the clinch but Cup has double underhooks.
Yubackk tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Cup just stands there and leans against the cage.
Cup is pushing Yubackk up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Cup has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Yubackk uses from the top position.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Cup is looking to cinch up a triangle. Yubackk throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Cup's body to avoid the submission. Cup has instead reached around Yubackk's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Cup arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
