The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krupok swings widly with a right hand
and Donoho counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Krupok ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Donoho moves away.
It looked like Donoho was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Donk. Krupok catches Donoho right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Matt Donoho has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Krupok.
Left hook, right uppercut from Krupok.

Donoho is rocked!
Krupok misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Donoho is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Krupok connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Donoho covering up! Krupok comes in with a big uppercut and Donoho goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Trax fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Solonik avoids it really well and circles away.
A little jabbing left from Solonik on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Trax will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Solonik's coach down at Highland CT & Spar was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Solonik's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

It looks like Johny Trax has been cut.
Trax tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Solonik manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The fight stays on the outside here - Trax looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Solonik throws out a loose jab but Trax uses good head movement to avoid it.
Solonik misses with a looping left.
Trax changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
The crowd cheers as Solonik lands an impressive looking overhand right. Trax doesn't seem phased though.
Solonik throws the left hand but Trax avoids the punch easily.

Trax takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
A bone on bone clash there as Trax blocks the leg kick.
Solonik uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Trax has time to react.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Trax shoots in looking for a takedown. Solonik tries to sprawl out of it but Trax keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Solonik manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
