The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arenas smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Arenas lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
McCoy throws a head kick but Arenas moves out of range.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Arenas, right into the meat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've been informed that Arenas has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
McCoy just misses with a punch to the body.
Arenas turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Arenas does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
McCoy takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Gomez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Attack but Attack pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Attack connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Gomez to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Attack!
