The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heras fails with a takedown attempt.
A clash of legs there as Heras blocks the low kick.
Heras lands a jab-cross combination.
Lance Heras seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Morinoivcus shoots in looking for a takedown but Heras manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Morinoivcus's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Heras shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Morinoivcus as he jumps to the side.
Morinoivcus throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Morinoivcus lands a nice forearm strike.
Heras is trying to improve his position.
Morinoivcus wants to stand but Heras is controlling his arm.
Heras takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Morinoivcus works to advance to full mount. Heras defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Morinoivcus takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Morinoivcus is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Heras is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Heras flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Morinoivcus anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Heras and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Morinoivcus slips an arm under Heras chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Morinoivcus has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Morinoivcus is squeezing on Heras like an anaconda would it's prey. Heras fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Stanislav Morinoivcus!
Stanislav Morinoivcus opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.

I think Westjoin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to R-Swift - Awesome God. Suwito is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hearts On Fire. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Breznhev is trying hard to land a takedown here. Taranin sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Breznhev throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Taranin's waist but Taranin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Breznhev off to one side.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Taranin has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Breznhev shoots for a double leg takedown but Taranin sprawls well. He's pushed Breznhev's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
