I think Beans might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Black and Gold - Sam Sparro. Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Geebro Jonson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lindomar Targaryen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Geebro Jonson had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Lindomar Targaryen told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Richmond screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poole moves out of range of the body kick from Harada.
Harada has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Poole bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Harada feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Poole's calf.
We've been informed that Poole has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Harada walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Poole checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Poole throws a leg kick but Harada sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Poole clobbers Harada with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

And Poole responds with a good body kick, but Harada manages to step out the way in time.

It seemed like Poole was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Harada lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Poole has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Poole and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Poole throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Harada displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Poole throws out the jab.
Harada looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Poole cracks Harada with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Poole has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Harada to stand back up!

Oh Harada is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Poole lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Harada is looking to close the distance but Poole sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Harada crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Harada is OK because that was naaaaaasty!

Shevchenko has his foot on Mugabe's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mugabe works his way back into a safe position though.

Mugabe has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Shevchenko to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Mugabe is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Shevchenko pulls down on the head and he's put Mugabe to sleep! This one is all over!
