The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Konate has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Brophy finds it's way round the side to connect with Konate's head.
Konate fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Brophy feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Konate sprawling to the canvas! Konate rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Brophy finish him?!

Brophy drops Konate with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Konate! Brophy dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Well One has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
