Myles kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Red Hot Chili Peppers - Can't Stop. Grant has chosen Thunderstruck - AC/DC as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grant pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A quick step to the side and Myles tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Myles works Grant's body with a nice hook.
Grant misses the shot to the body.

Manus Grant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Myles moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Grant! Myles continues to tee off on Grant, landing with a left and a right! Myles connects with a right hand that leaves Grant sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Myles!

Ragnarsson is trying to maintain a safe position but Hunter gets an underhook and turns Ragnarsson into the cage.

Justin Hunter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sigurd Ragnarsson.
Ragnarsson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hunter has him pressed against the cage.
Ragnarsson has Hunter pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hunter manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Hunter lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Ragnarsson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
