I think De Jager might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Afrikanerhart. Laiho has chosen Cold Sweat/ Thin Lizzy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We've been hearing reports that De Jager has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Nice uppercut lands for Laiho. That snapped De Jager's head back.
Laiho fails to land with a series of punches.
Laiho fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. De Jager looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Laiho throws a lazy uppercut

and De Jager counters with a crisp one two that drops Laiho! De Jager thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Laiho to his feet! Laiho is in big trouble!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Laiho throws a body shot but no joy.

Laiho tries for a takedown but De Jager circles away easily
and De Jager counters with a right hand from hell and Laiho is out cold! A vicious knockout!
