I was talking to Razzers's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Marco Vermeer.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whyte throws a body shot but no joy.
Hedger displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Whyte throws out the jab.

Whyte lands a nice shot that snaps Hedger's head back.
Whyte swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Whyte creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Hedger with a big uppercut! Hedger tries to clinch up but Whyte pushes him back against the ropes and lands another monster strike that crumples Hedger to the mat! Hedger covers up and Whyte unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
