The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - McAdams looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
McAdams avoids the body shot from Castle.
McAdams ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
McAdams shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Castle but Castle pushes him off and we're back to square one.
McAdams takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
A big right from Castle misses.
Castle wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

McAdams throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Castle was covering up waiting for the punch and McAdams finishes the takedown easily into guard.

McAdams has gone for a leg lock! Castle slips out almost immediately though and dives into McAdams's guard.

Castle told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Castle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McAdams. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

McAdams has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Castle doesn't defend quickly enough and McAdams has managed to lock this one up! Can Castle escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to McAdams on a fantastic submission victory.
