Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kayring Saiarr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grimm Reaper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kayring Saiarr had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 207.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Saiarr throws a right and a left that Reaper avoids nicely.
Reaper throws a series of punches but Saiarr avoids them all with ease.
Reaper connects with an inside leg kick.
Reaper fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Saiarr manages to avoid it.
Saiarr lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Reaper at a distance.
Reaper misses with a leg kick.
Saiarr is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Reaper tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Saiarr keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Reaper misses with a body shot.
A little feinted left hand from Saiarr on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sai is defended easily by Ludwig.

Ludwig fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sai sprawls well initially but Ludwig persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

As Ludwig looks to move away, Sai throws a big counter combo but Ludwig just gets out of the way.

Ludwig tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Ludwig has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Oh Sai is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Sai is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Ludwig is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Ludwig has control of Sai's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Sai regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Sai on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sai tries to get out of the position.

Ludwig is working for a guillotine from mount but Sai frees his head quite easily.

Ludwig is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Sai has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Sai seems to have got his legs back now.
Ludwig takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Sai is looking to improve his position but Ludwig isn't that keen on the idea.

Ludwig cracks Sai with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Ludwig looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Sai covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

We've been hearing good reports from Petrov's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Petrov has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Hein doesn't defend quickly enough and Petrov has managed to lock this one up! Can Hein escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Petrov on a fantastic submission victory.

Tapaus cracks Buzzard with an uppercut from hell and Buzzard crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Tapaus's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Tapaus looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Buzzard can't hide his disappointment, as Tapaus celebrates the victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leone fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Zhirkov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Vasili Zhirkov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leone thuds a left hand into Zhirkov's body.
Zhirkov darts in looking for a takedown but Leone gets double underhooks and turns Zhirkov into the cage.
Leone misses the jab.
Zhirkov changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Horrible takedown attempt by Zhirkov or perhaps it was just good defense by Leone, which made it look bad.

Leone felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Zhirkov is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Leone to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Leone shrugs it off.
