Blitz wants to get up but he can't break Franklin's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

A very excited looking Third Round Romero rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
The defeated Yes Man Sanchez had this to say: 'YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YEESSSSSS!!!'.
