The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gauthier throws a right hand that Kaze ducks under and follows up with a left that Kaze also avoids with ease.
Gauthier jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Gauthier throws a front kick aimed at Kaze's knee but Kaze avoids it well.
Kaze swings for the body but Gauthier moves out of range.
Gauthier will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kaze feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Gauthier misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kaze.
Left hook, right uppercut from Gauthier .
Gauthier connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kaze. Kaze circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Kaze walks into a stiff left hand from Gauthier .
Kaze misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kaze has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Gauthier uses from the top position.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Gauthier working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Kaze is controlling Gauthier 's posture.

Anderson is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Anstey flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Anstey is out cold! Anderson holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Brownie Anderson really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Humanoid Nutrition (160Q for 160$) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
