That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Julio Chavez.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Jenkins tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gein sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jenkins somewhat.

Gein moves into range and clinches up with Jenkins.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Gein bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Gein postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Jenkins in real trouble here! The ref calls for Jenkins to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Reyes tries for a takedown but Xueijin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

It looks like Chucky Reyes has been cut.
Reyes fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Reyes.
Hong Xueijin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chucky Reyes.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Reyes.
Reyes shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Xueijin defends it nicely.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A punch lands to the side of Reyes 's head but he takes it in his stride.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Reyes throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Xueijin's waist but Xueijin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Reyes off to one side.
Xueijin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Reyes.

Xueijin drops Reyes with a beautiful combination! Reyes stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Xueijin is looking for the KO!
Xueijin cracks Reyes with a hook to the temple - Reyes is on wobbly legs here! Xueijin swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Reyes falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Xueijin wins by TKO!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tankard misses with a hook.
Rutten just misses with a punch to the body.
Tankard connects with a jab.
Rutten rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tankard moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tankard dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rutten. That did some damage!
Rutten takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Rutten walks forward, straight into a front kick from Tankard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rutten throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tankard sees it coming and avoids it easily.
The fighters circle momentarily. Tankard darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Steffa Rutten has been cut.
Rutten looks gassed!
Tankard rushes Rutten with punches - Rutten moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Rutten goes down! Tankard follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Albertson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Runtiringen - the referee stops the clock and Albertson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Runtiringen. Albertson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Albertson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
