The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Scott fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Grieg is out of range.
Scott lands with an overhand left.
We've been hearing reports that Grieg has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Scott lands a really nice looking cross but Grieg seems unphased.

and Grieg counters with a low kick, right behind Scott 's knee.
Scott throws a right hand that misses
and Grieg counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Grieg throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Grieg half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Grieg throws a quick counter kick to the body but Scott avoids it.

and Grieg counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Trowning counters with a crisp one two that drops Lee! Trowning thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Lee to his feet! Lee is in big trouble!

and Trowning counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Lee badly! Trowning follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Lee out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Trowning finished him against the cage.

Chance wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Howard tries to close the distance and clinch but Chance swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Chance looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Chance feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Howard sprawling to the canvas! Howard rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Chance finish him?!

Howard is rocked!

It looks like Dwayne Howard has been cut.
Chance misses with a head kick.
Howard is still on wobbly legs! Can Chance finish him?
Chance is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Chance shuts the power down on Howard. Lights out, game over! Chance is your winner.

Paul is looking to slow Mcgregor down with leg kicks.
Mcgregor seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Mcgregor throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Paul takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Paul plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
A punch combination from Mcgregor misses.
Mcgregor swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Mcgregor scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Mcgregor feints a jab promting Paul to slip. Mcgregor then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Paul slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Paul slips a jab and a cross from Mcgregor.

Paul fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mcgregor sprawls well initially but Paul persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Paul is trying to control. Mcgregor wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Mcgregor wants to get back to his feet.
Mcgregor knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Paul on the ground.

Paul postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Mcgregor to stand up.
Mcgregor on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Paul clinches up against the cage.

Paul breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Paul gets in close and instigates a clinch.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Paul has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Mcgregor steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Paul is out on his feet! Mcgregor sets himself and nearly takes Paul's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!

Moore connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Carr momentarily.
Moore throws a combination. Carr tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Moore cracks a nice hook into Carr's ribs.
Carr takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Carr on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Moore lands a nice hook to Carr's body. Carr takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

A jab from Moore finds it's way through Carr's defenses.
Carr tries to move into range but Moore moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Moore lands a nice looking body shot.
Moore lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Moore's corner calls for a 1-2. Moore obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Moore feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Carrs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Carr is rocked!
Moore cracks Carr on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Carr falls backwards against the cage. Moore follows up with more strikes that drop Carr to his knees. Moore keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Carr! This one is all over!

Hyde shoots in looking for a takedown. Ahearn tries to sprawl out of it but Hyde keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ahearn manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
