The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Tom shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Tom has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Tom dives in for a single leg takedown but Jones sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Jones displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tom.
Tom takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Jones lands a jab-cross combination.
Jones connects with a body shot.
Tom walks into a jab.
Tom moves forwards but Jones connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Tom takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Jones throws a combination. Tom tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Tom looks for a takedown but Jones sprawls well.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Sfiso lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad.
