Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Judah is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Gloom wants to free his trapped foot but Judah is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Judah is looking for a sweep. Gloom is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Judah is pressing down on Gloom's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Gloom drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Judah manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gloom has Judah in his guard.

We've been hearing good reports from Judah's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Gloom escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Judah gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Judah got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gloom has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Judah has managed to get both his arms back between Gloom's legs - danger averted.

Judah drops Gloom with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gloom looks back up at him and smiles so Judah waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

As Gloom tries to get set, Judah tries to push him back and clinch up but Gloom manages to avoid the attempt.

Judah pounces like a tiger and cracks Gloom with a vicious hook! Gloom is down but not out! Judah follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
