Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Twinkle Three!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alexandre Silva!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Joseph Jones and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Three gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Three lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Three has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Silva clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Silva trying to control but not successfully.

Three is trying to stick to Silva's back but Silva is turning into Three. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Three's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Silva.
Three knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Silva is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Four shoots in and bounces Two off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Four makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Four throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Two works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Four postures up in Two's guard and throws a big left but Two blocks it.
Four prevents Two from getting back to his feet.
Four loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Four wants to control from the top but Two keeps moving.

Four stalling away here and it's allowed Two to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Two preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Two enables Four to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Two manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Four is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Two's shoulder. That is not cool.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Four has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

And that's the end of the fight!
Twinkle Four comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Four has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
