Gazelle dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mcgruff. That did some damage!

Mcgruff has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Blackstar Striking Academy in the buildup to the fight.
Mcgruff looks to land a combination. Gazelle sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Mcgruff scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Gazelle moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Mcgruff Throws a clean left jab. Mcgruff Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Gazelle's chin! Gazelle crumbles to the ground and Mcgruff follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Mcgruff!

Jones has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jones circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Ludwig to the canvas! Ludwig doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Jones keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Reggie Grimdal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grimdal closes the distance and pushes Two back into the cage.
Two holding his opponent close, against the cage.
A nice left hand lands by Grimdal.
Grimdal wants to break free but Two has control.

Two manages to pull guard.

Two escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Grimdal gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Two looking to hit a scissor sweep but Grimdal is one step ahead there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Two looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Grimdal passes into half guard.
Two moves into full guard.
Grimdal really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Two. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Two wants to sweep here but Grimdal controlling him for the moment.
Two bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Grimdal's guard.

Two trying to control but Grimdal is working from the bottom.
Grimdal is looking to stand up but Two isn't so interested in that idea.
Two slips nicely into half guard.

Two is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Grimdal sees it coming and defends easily.

Two wants to lay and pray for a moment but Grimdal keeps working.

Two wants to take a breather but Grimdal is having none of it.

Two is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Grimdal has managed to free his arm - good work.

Two can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Grimdal is looking to escape.
Two is really struggling to control Grimdal but he's trying to hold on to the position.
