The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pask shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Pask showed some decent athleticism there.
Pask seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pete Flynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flynn kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Landlord's Walk. Tommy Masters told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Flynn forces Masters back against the cage and clinches.

Masters breaks from the clinch.
Masters tries to close the distance and clinch but Flynn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Flynn takes the fight into the clinch.
Masters takes an elbow to the forehead.
Masters looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Flynn blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
