Billy Blanks decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

I think Hitme might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Face Fisted - Dethklok. DeAndre Jones has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Comeon Hitme's chin.

Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hitme swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hitme drops down looking for a counter takedown but Jones sprawls and moves away.

Hitme lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Jones quite badly. Jones pulls Hitme in close trying to recover. Hitme postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Jones on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Jones doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

It looked like Vasquez was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Vasquez throws a series of punches but Lindhart moves out of range.
Vasquez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Vasquez pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lindhart tries to clinch but Vasquez is having none of it.

Lindhart throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Vasquez tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Lindhart is in Vasquez's guard.

I was talking to Lee's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Lee has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lourens uses from the top position.

They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Hodge hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
