The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ewe throws a hook but Sunday avoids it easily.
Sunday throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ewe's waist but Ewe gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sunday off to one side.
Ewe throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sunday stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
We've been told by Ewe's head coaches at Men Only. No Liberals ! that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Ewe cracks Sunday with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Sunday tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Ewe pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Sunday is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Roa shoots in looking for a takedown. Nakambo tries to sprawl out of it but Roa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Nakambo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nakambo wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Roa looks to land a body kick but Nakambo moved away.
Roa throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nakambo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Roa misses with a double jab
and Nakambo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Oooooh!!! Nakambo has knocked Roa down with a huge combo! Nakambo steps away and waves a wobbly Roa back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gojak should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
