The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Skrinjaric enables Owens to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Skrinjaric manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Skrinjaric manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Owens throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Skrinjaric bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Lauzon has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Pablos clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Oh Pablos is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
