Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Punani's waist but Punani gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side.

Johnson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Punani to score with a decent uppercut.

Punani lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Punani connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Johnson's hands.

Punani cracks Johnson with an uppercut from hell and Johnson crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Punani's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
