West with a lazy takedown attempt
and Lang cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
West tries to move into range but Lang moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

It looks like Wayde West has been cut.
Lang lands with a cross.
Lang throws a poor cross that misses
and West counters with a straight right hand.
West shoots in for a takedown but Lang shows good takedown defense.
Lang swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Lang misses with a body shot.
West swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
West staying out of range there.
West misses with a takedown attempt - Lang sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
David Lang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wayde West.
Lang throws a body punch but West moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lang misses with a looping left.
West moves away from the strike by Lang.
West needs to keep his hands up - Lang had a free shot at his head there.
Lang misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from West.
Wayde West seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lang lands a left and a right that send West crashing to the mat, dazed. Lang thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

West is rocked!

West changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lang looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Lang throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
West is still on wobbly legs! Can Lang finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lang steps in with a hook that catches West right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Lang follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! West looks absolutely devastated.
