Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Saleem Al Khan (ranked 4707 p4p, 560 weight class) and Maxim Taisumov (ranked 3729 p4p, 474 weight class). Al Khan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Three Days Grace - Scared. The crowd seem to be enjoying Taisumov's choice of entrance music: eRa- Enae Volare Mezzo. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Sandman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rodgers tries to avoid it but Sandman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rodgers to the ground. Rodgers escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rodgers got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sandman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rodgers has managed to get both his arms back between Sandman's legs - danger averted.

Sandman is looking to cinch up a triangle. Rodgers throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Sandman's body to avoid the submission. Sandman has instead reached around Rodgers's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Sandman arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Our winner, The Sandman, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
