Hug comes into the arena with Animal I Have Become blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Hoi's choice of entrance music: Blood Red Sky. Hades Hug seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hoi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hug sprawls well initially but Hoi persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Oh Hug is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Oooooh!!! Hoi has knocked Hug down with a huge combo! Hoi steps away and waves a wobbly Hug back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Hoi! Hug is out on his feet! Hoi rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Hug is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Hug is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Akamai Hoi opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
