The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winnfield falls off balance throwing a combination
and Perez counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Winnfield defending well as Perez loads up on a big left hand.
Winnfield tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Perez paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Takano lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Ure up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Takano from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Ure's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Horrible takedown attempt by Tanaka or perhaps it was just good defense by Day, which made it look bad.
