The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Branch goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Souza shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Oooooh!!! Branch has knocked Souza down with a huge combo! Branch steps away and waves a wobbly Souza back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Tulio Souza has been cut.
Branch drops Souza with a beautiful combination! Souza stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Branch is looking for the KO!
Souza is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Branch lands a huge takedown. Souza is out but the ref is slow to react and Branch lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Souza lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
