The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
One bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Toth has managed to clinch.

Toth is trying to trip One. He has hold of a leg but One is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Toth persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Toth gets to his feet. One looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Toth closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Toth stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

One might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Toth haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

One throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mamba shoots in but no luck this time.
It seemed like Clay was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mamba trying to control the position from guard on top but Clay is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mamba slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Clay looking for subs off his back but Mamba has passed one foot through into half guard.
Clay is trying to maintain the position but Mamba is very close to passing his half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Black Mamba dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Mamba tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Clay swivels and escapes.
Mamba is looking to land body kicks.
Clay goes for a double leg but Mamba avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mamba continues to drive forward.

Mamba throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Clay was covering up waiting for the punch and Mamba finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mamba is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Mamba paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Clay - great work!
