Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Koba Wyatt (ranked 37 p4p, 5 weight class) and Francisco Salgado (ranked 507 p4p, 53 weight class). Wyatt comes into the arena with Channel Zero blaring out of the sound system. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wyatt fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Salgado has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Salgado tries to clinch but Wyatt moves away
and Wyatt counters with a nice uppercut.
Salgado misses with a takedown attempt
and Wyatt connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Wyatt tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Salgado throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wyatt scores with a jab to the jaw.
Salgado lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Wyatt throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Wyatt looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Wyatt cracks Salgado with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Wyatt has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Salgado to stand back up!

Wyatt weaves into range and cracks Salgado right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Salgado goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Wyatt is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
