Salim swings for the body but Shtatnov moves out of range.
Salim paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Alexandr Shtatnov has been cut.
Salim connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Shtatnov fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Salim lands a nice looking body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A jab from Salim does it's job there.
Shtatnov looks gassed!
Salim connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Salim cracks Shtatnov with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Shtatnov tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Salim pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Shtatnov is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Knotts avoids the head kick by Walters.
Walters takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Andre Walters has been cut.

Knotts cracks Walters with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Knotts has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Walters to stand back up!

Knotts fakes the leg kick and cracks Walters in the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Knotts flashes Walters a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Walters's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Walters crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Knotts punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Opasen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Vorg is keeping the position for now.

Opasen drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Opasen as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Vorg screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Opasen! Nice submission victory there!

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dragan Konjevic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdual Jemall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Konjevic might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Chicago Bulls Theme Song. Abdual Jemall told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Konjevic tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jemall swivels and escapes.

Konjevic doesn't manage to clinch there - Jemall circles away.
Konjevic shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jemall as he avoids it easily.
Jemall scores with a sloppy right hand. Konjevic should have avoided that one.
Jemall moves into range and connects with a jab.
Konjevic chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jemall can pounce on him.
Konjevic is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jemall scores with a one two! Konjevic had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Koscheck clinches up with Vovkov and pushes him back against the ropes.

Vovkov ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Vovkov no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Koscheck postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Vovkov wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Ferreira escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kudryavtsev gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Kudryavtsev stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ferreira swivels though and keeps the full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kudryavtsev accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Ferreira throws a right hand that Kudryavtsev ducks under and follows up with a left that Kudryavtsev also avoids with ease.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ferreira misses with a series of wild punches.
Ferreira throws a right and a left that Kudryavtsev avoids nicely.
Kudryavtsev avoids the head kick by Ferreira.

Kudryavtsev shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ferreira as he avoids it easily.

You can see the frustration on Ferreira's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Kudryavtsev misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Ferreira pushes Kudryavtsev away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kudryavtsev gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Kudryavtsev misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Ferreira can't do much from the bottom here.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ferreira is looking to reverse the position.

Kudryavtsev has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Ferreira is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Kudryavtsev yanks on the arm and Ferreira is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Kudryavtsev.

Trololo looking to sit in guard and control but Lesnar gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Lesnar is posturing up here but Trololo has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Lesnar tries to roll out but it's too tight and Lesnar has to tap! Slick submission there by Trololo!
